How can i do Double Citizenship Canadian-Brazilian?

I need ask something. I'm working with a canadian and he want receve a double citizen form Brazil. He live's here a 20 years, he come's here when he have just a 9 years old. i need know how documents and procedures to make. If someone know that thing please answer me.

I know that Canada allows dual citizenship, so on the Canadian part, he can declare for citizenship.

As far as Brazil goes, they allow dual citizenship without restrictions... HOWEVER, they must use a Brazilian passport to exit and enter Brazil
