  1. Chances are that although you can land a front flip, you are not using the right technique, so when you try to add the twist you can't land.

Go here and re-learn the front flip from the very start.

    http://www.wikihow.com/Land-a-Front-Flip...

THEN - once you can perform the front flip correctly, start by doing the front flip with a half twist out (LATE TWIST IS VERY IMPORTANT).

In all somersaulting twisting moves, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you do not twist directly off the bed.

The twist is always very late.  To help you realise how LATE the twist should be, practise doing a cradle.  This is a backdrop to front drop with a late twist into a backdrop.  The twist is performed just before you land.

It is the same technique for a twisting somersault.

It's often handy to have a friend watching who can shout TWIST at the right time to help.

ALSO - to get momentum faster, pull in your tummy and grip together your buttocks, as this will speed up your twist by double!

Go here www.online.trampoline.coach.com if you are still having trouble.  You can upload a video and she will coach you on exactly what you need to do - plus there is a step by step guide on how to do all sorts of trampoline moves.

    Good Luck

  2. Try doing front Hand springs.  that will get you used to flipping and handing on your feet.  Then start by taking your hands away slowely and then try to do it with no hand and see if that helps thats how i learned to do mine.

If that doesn't work just try to push off really hard so you turn faster so you have time to get your feet out before you land.

Good luck and have fun.  I love trampolines!!!!
