  1. sprint all the way

  2. kill yourself and run as a ghost.

  3. im in 7th grade and i can't really go all out for 200m...but our coach was haveing us sprint as fast as you can..2 300m's and then on th 3rd one practice your technigue with long strides and moving your arms..towards the end of the 200m you are usually getting tired and you need to practice to keep your knees coming up and moving your arms..you get lazy towards the end

    good luck

  4. For the 200 m dash, you can be the fastest person in the world, but mental toughness counts the most in my opinion. Your body slows down unless you make it speed up, so within the first 50 m, get up to top speed, and when you feel yourself slowing down, speed up. I know it's difficult to tell when you're slowing down, but listen to the pattern of your feet hitting the ground. Also, keep your eyes on the finish line. The 200 m dash is a 30 second race (not even), so push yourself your hardest, and during the race, don't think about anything but moving your legs faster. Keep your arms relaxed, and make sure to pull from your elbows, not push with your fists. Pulling from your elbows reduces the amount of energy you use pushing with your fists. Hope I helped.

  5. strech and practice
