How can i do it , how can i lose weight?

Okay so the problem is,

i weight 115 and I'm 5 feet, I'm not saying that I'm fat or anything its just that all the extra weight goes to my stomach and thighs and it looks ugly because my sides are small.

so is there anyway i can like shrink my stomach at least?

is there a routine i can do?

    Cut down on the fat content in food. But if you're not very active you have to realise carbs that are not used up by giving you energy will be stored in your body

    Have breakfast

    Try not to over eat, but have fruits and nuts in between meals
