How can i do this? EASY TEN POINTS?

i wanna loose some weight but i have till september 1st to do so im planning on starting tommorow any good tips i can use to loose as much weight as i can as soon as possible

tell me things that dont involve me going to the gym and stuff lol:P

OOO and if u kno any kind of diet or schedule i can follow

  1. If you want to lose weight and keep the weight off, then you should only be losing about 1 or 2 lbs per week.

    These are just some random points that should help:

    - Eat breakfast. It gives you the energy for your day.

    - Before eating, drink some water. Sometimes your body mistakes thirst for hunger.

    - Eat slowly.

    - Eat until your full, not until you're stuffed.

    - Drink lots of water.

    - Cut out soda, fast food, junk food, etc.

    - Don't eat in front of the tv or computer. You can overeat without thinking about it.

    - Put controlled portions on your plate.

    - Make sure your plate is as colorful as possible, aka adding a different variety of foods and vegetables.

    - Eat whole grains, avoid white bread, pasta, etc.

    - I'm pretty sure you know a general difference of good and bad foods. So follow that. You should be comfortable with changing your eating habits to be more healthy, not just do a diet for a few weeks.

    - Do cardio (running, dancing, anything to get your heart beat up) at least three times a week for half an hour, and work your up, expanding the time.

    - Toning makes a big difference! If you google it you will find a variety of exercises targeted to tone your abs, legs, butt, arms, back, etc. Best of all it's free. =]

    - It's important to do cardio and toning because toning builds your muscles but the cardio burns fat.

    - If you can, a GREAT toner is pilates. There are cheap dvds mostly anywhere. Walgreens, Big Lots, etc.

    - If you buy a workout dvd (whether it be cardio or toning), you don't even have to leave the house!

  4. just eat healthy. i have 2 avacados and 2 carrots for lunch everyday. its good and its good for you.

  5. ohh this one is easy dont eat any sweets or candy or anything to fatining and your stomach will eat up all the fat because it was craving for fat but couldnt get it and excericise swim if you have a pool bike ride jog run hope i helped good luck im doing the same thing

  6. Swim!! I went swimming the other day and I lost 5 pounds. It works almost every part of your body. Also go on the treadmill and do some weight lifting!

    You have to make sure you keep a healthy diet so lots of salad! Drink milk and fruit juices. When you feel hungry eat an apple not a bag of chips!

  7. Don't drink anyting but water, and don't use any salt on your food.

    (Salt holds water weight and soda adds unnecessary calories)
