for you own image with gif editor and photo editor, you would open image, then colorize to one hue, save and repeat with next color, then place set together in gif,

www.lunapic.com upload your pic then hover over where it says animation and go down to where it says custom animation effects it will take you to a new page check the box marked color cycle and then where it says "red,green,blue" add the names of the colors you want your picture to flash, just add a comma after each name, click create animation and it will show you how it looks, under you pic it says download just click download and youre done, hope this helps!!! ^_^
