How can i download a photo from a website if i cant right click it?

theres a little button on your keyboard to do so then open paint and paste in there and then crop out the pic you want then just save it

Right click the image and "save image as"

do a print screen (with the PrntScrn button at the top of the keyboard)

then go into a program like paint or an image editing program, press paste, and crop out the picture you want

Viwe the source of the page and then copy the URL of the photo directly into your browser. Then you can save it.

you cant right click it because the owner of the website does not want you to have it, they could sue you for breach of copyright if you do it
