How can i download a song to my phone on the computer?

Ok so i have a Nokia T-Moble phone and theres only 1 song in there and its Video Girl by the Jonas Brothers and i hate that song

I cant buy a song becuase i dont have any minuted

If it came with a cable, plug it into your computer. Open up computer if you use vista and my computer if you use XP, and then open up the cell phone's drive and open up the music folder. Then drag your music on there.

If your cell has bluetooth capability, just have your friend get the music from the computer and send it to you via bluetooth.
