How can i download fire fox adblock on mozilla firefox safe mode?

my regular mozilla isnt working, so i have to use the safe mode..but how do i download the adblock on it? the thing that blocks certain websites..someone please help!

Sounds like there is something wrong with your current installation if you can only use it in safe mode. That isn't normal. Download the newest version of Firefox. Uninstall your current version completely and install the newest version.  The new version, Firefox 3, has an easy way of searching for extensions from within the add-on dialog box itself. You can search for the Adblock extension and install it directly from there.
