You would need a PC sync suite software to transfer files from your PC to phone... (by USB cable or bluetooth). If your phone has a central unit from MTK (e.g. MT6226 or MT6227), then use the software from http://www.chinamanuals.com - otherwise ask them if they provide your model. Most important is to know which central unit works in your phone.
