the free way would be to send the pic as an e-mail (if you have the net on ur phone).Then you can move the picture from your e-mail to another folder/file on your computer. However, there is a certain cord that you can buy from your service provider that will allow you to hook your phone up to your computer.

A good way to do it if your phone doesn't have a pictbridge outlet is to emai it to yourself and download it from your email.  That is the easiest way to do it.
