How can i download pics from my memory card to the computer?

i downloaded some pics from my phone to a memory card but now i have no idea how to git those pics onto the computer.

plug your memory card to your computers memory card slot and then click on the start button on the lower left screen then go to computer and there should be a icon that says memory card or the name of the card  click on that  then right click it to transfer to your computer
