How can i draw an anime hair style that is curly?

ok i have and an idea for a picture but i am a beginner and i dont know how to draw hair besides strait hair how can i draw curly hair anime style please help!!

I'm not great at it (I'm still practicing, lol) but I find it easier to draw a spiral as if the whole lock of hair was one wire, and get the right shape and position, and then make it into a thick line line a ribbon, then just adding detail until it looks like hair...
