I've seen a vest and shirt like that at aeropostale. Although I would only reccommand dressing like that if it's you, and your style. Then if it is I say go for it, don't worry about what other people will think of you or even say. Just be yourself, while chances are they may not.

I would find some clothes like that that is in fashion today, but don't grow your hair out like that that long. It's disgusting. Look at more pictures like that on the internet, your bound to find something

It's a fashionable look these days - I've seen a lot of young guys wearing vests with jeans and dress shirts.
