How can i drop down dress sizes? i need to for ballet!?

all the successful ballerinas are really skinny, and im really into ballet. ive been doing it for 12 yrs (im 15). my teacher says i have talent, but im too large. i do a lot of exercise, so what can i eat to become skinny, and drop to a size 2 (uk size 6)?

  1. 1. Don't drink Pop

    2. Don't have fast food.

    3. Do not overeat. People from america always have to much on their plate.

    4. Do alot of cardio like running and playing basketball.

    5. Stick to the plan( one of the most important rules.)

    6. For breakfast have a kind of fruit and for snack have some carrots or something.

    7. Dont put salt on your food and don't put two much butter on either.

    8. Don't eat very late.

    9. Pick the right food at school.

    10. STICK TO THE PLAN. Losing weight takes time so stick to the plan for at least 3 4 months.  


  2. That's ridiculous. A UK size 6 is actually a US size 0/1 and unless you are naturally that small then it's not healthy to try and attain that size.

    I think some of these ballet teachers should be struck off as they encourage eating disorders.
