How can i dye my hair?

Question

at the moment it is BLACKEST BLACK hair colour (i dye it)... ans i want it this colour-

i dont want to have to bleach blonde it all... is there anyway for me (to DIY it)?

You wouldn't have to bleach it to blonde. If you put hair bleach in your hair for just a couple minutes, it'll make it just a couple shades lighter. You might want to go to a salon though, so as to avoid any uneven blotches.
