learn to make cookies and try selling them to your neighbour. lemonade also can be an option. u can get a lot of money if u work hard enough

Wait until you're 16 and get a job, I guess. That's what I have to do when I'm 16. You can always do chores around the neighborhood for money or babysit. :)

ask your parents or if u get an allowance save until you have enough. Or you can do incentives like if you get three A's on your report card then you get $100 or however much you think is appropriate.
