How can i easily tone my stomach so i have good abs? I want to lose weight!?

I want good abs butt and thighs, do you know any workouts that are good for there areas

How long will it take me to lose 35 lbs?

  1. weight should be lost slowly in order to keep it off

    depending on ur size u will lose a lot of weight in the first weeks of dieting mybe upto 7lbs a week but then shoud slow to 2-4lbs a week

    lying back on an inflatable exercise ball and just crunching up slightly like a sit up will help the rib fat area

    twisting on a circular platform

    skipping good when twisting

    swimming good for all over body workout

  3. healthy diet, and excersize.. i know you've heard it so many times before, but it worked for me

    butt and thighs would probably be crunches, and maybe riding a bicycle often... maybe 3 times a week for 20-40 minutes.

    it takes a bit of time, maybe 6 months...

    here's a tip. log down what you eat. and i mean everything....

    if you notice that you've been eating maybe more than 1 twinkie a day... you should become more self-conscience about what goes in you... thats what she said. haha but yea... thats all the advice i can give you
