  1. Just like you had a snack after lunch, have a snack after breakfast like a maybe a granola bar or something and have more carbohydrates.

  2. well your dinner is BORING. Did you not use ANY sauce? I would add like a teriyiki sauce, or alfredo sauce, or some type of tomato sauce. A sauce that could add a couple hundred calories- and it would make your food so much better! And why don't you eat 2 banana's instead of splitting it? Also protein would be good. Maybe add a serving of nuts a day. It is really healthy and will add some good fats. You should be eating at least 1200 for sure. 1400 is really better. Cutting your calories too low will just mess up things.

    Good luck!

  3. well, let's see...the banana wasn't a good option because it's one of the most sugary fruits...you can get easily filled up with strawberries (about 50 cal per cup) or grapes (about 80 cal per cup)...on your lunch, change that cheese for fat-free cheese, which only has 30 calories...try to find dannon's light-n-fit yogurt, which is 60 calories...just try to find foods low in calories but with volume, so you won't get hungry...
