i know your suppose to have at least 1200 cal. a day.. here is what i had with the calories of eachbreakfast- 3/4 cup oatmeal w/ a splash of skim milk (240 cal) and half a large banana(60 im guessing?) and green tealunch- turkey slices (70) on whole wheat bread (140) with tomato and lettuce (15) cheese (110) mustard (0) no fat yogurt (80)snack- skim milk and the other half of the banana (60)dinner- chicken breast without skin (said 100 cal per one on the package) and some brocilli... (50)how could i possibly eat moreor do i even need to.. help!
