How can i edit a picture, like i want to scribble over something in the picture?

Theer is someone in one of my pics that i dont like any more and i want to scribble her out of the pic.

So please help me =0 =0 =)

Open the picture in Paint. You can then use the pencil or eraser to do what you want.
