How can i edit these pictures?

i have two pictures and i wanna put them together!! like me and a boy..... how can i do this? is there a software that allows it? i have seen it done but idk how! so please share!

Photoshop is the best way all you'll get the best result if used right however ms paint does work too its just more difficult
