How can i email yahoo music unlimited directly?

someone give me an address or something where i can email yahoo unlimited directly, without filling out the stupid forms on the customer care site that don't even ask you what the problem is. this thing is expensive, and i want to talk to someone directly, not fill out a foolish survey. PLEASE HELP!!!
