How can i enable quick comments in my page?

there's not a box named "all comments" in "my page" . i also couldn't find a way by reading other questions and answers.

A quick comment is the little greeting "hug, sup?, tag, etc..." that shows usually with a emoticon image. Then, your Top Page comment box also has the ability to allow 360 members to type comments.

- In your "My Page," click on the "Settings" link for the comment module (in lower left corner of the module). The comments module is the lowest box on the left side of your "My Page."

- Click the "Allow comments by" dropdown and change the permission from "Just Me (Private)" to something else if you want others to actually type in a textual comment as well.

- Check the "enable quick comments box"

- Click the "Save" button.
