If it has to be your own website and not hosted by anyone else, then I would speak with a website hosting company such as Angelfire, as they have a number of solutions for website setup and design.

If you are OK with having it hosted somewhere else, you could become a seller on eBay as they are VERY PayPal supportive and host your own store on there.

Yep, you have alot of options.  At one time, and I'm assuming they still do, PayPal provided the tools that you could incorporate into your website to take payments.  I'd try there first.

As someone else mentioned, there are sites available that allow you to build a website and provides payment options.

You could always open an eBay store.

If you're self-hosting, then take a look as OSCommerce.  A Google search will locate it for you quickly.  I used that shopping cart program for a long time and it provides many payment options and is quite customizable.  You'll also find hosting sites that will provide OSCommerce for you.
