It's very simple:

Send an E-Mail to:

[yourgroupname]-unsubscribe@yahoogroup...

If this has not worked, go to the "Edit Membership" page, and find the "Leave Group" link.

Unsubscribe emails sometimes take forever to get you out of a group. This will work faster: sign into the group, click "edit membership" at the top of page. Click "leave group" at the bottom right. Confirm on the next page. That should lead to instant unsubscription. It might take another day or so to also get no more messages from the group.
