Its about a woman contemplating suicide witht he gun in her hand, and she reminises about the reasons why shes killing herself. I want to end it so the reader is unsure about whether or not she killed herself, but i can't think of a powerful ending sentenct, preferably a play on words or some kind, maybe about the gun.

Please have a think and help if you can =]

Thank you

  1. Women very rarely commit suicide with guns.  that's a guy thing.

How about 'She pulled the trigger - and then went back to the ironing.'

  2. She should decide not to kill herself.

  3. Now she understood, and she knew what to do...

... a moment later the pain was gone.

  4. The end.... .............or is it????

  5. With sweat drenching the woman's forehead, she placed the gun to her temple.  Her heart beating faster than she could ever know enticed her to continue.  Yet, standing there on the wooden floor boards the woman leaned backward and shocked even herself to what was to come.

  6. Her hand was shaking so much she could hardly hold the gun against her head - but the bang was loud enough to bring immediate neighbours racing to her door - frightened as to what they might find.

  7. End it with. 'A metallic taste was in her tounge'

Then she may have bit her lip or shot herself

  8. Be ideal if it was fireworks night..... "she raised the gun and there was a blinding flash".....

  9. ... the silence engulfed her.
