actuali i applied passport 2 month back but still i did't got now whom should i contact?

    Checking the Status of Your Application

    Currently, it is taking up to 7 days for Expedited Applications and up to 3 weeks for Routine Applications to be tracked online.   Please allow at least that time before checking the status of your application.

    To check the status of your application online you will need:

        * your last name, including suffixes without punctuations except the hyphen, (for example: Jones III, Patton Jr, Jackson-Smith, Varela Garcia),

        * date of birth in the following format:  MM/DD/YYYY, and

        * the last four digits of your Social Security Number.

    U need to enter the passport no given to u along with ur DOB.

    Since it's been 2 months, they will ask u to get a signature from village officer & submit in the police station. Now a days police will not come to enquire.

    and are you a US citizen ?

    if not please come back to let us know , that way i could look up a link for you ....and try to help ?

    all depends on the country , sometimes it takes a while .but the usual time is not 2 months , but , if you from another country .....?

    if you can ? write an email  to the embassy where you applied  for and ask them ........

    you should had been given a number , as to contact them .......do you not have one ?

If you applied for an american passport,  and if you did it thru the post office, i'm pretty sure they gave you a receipt, just in case this document get lost, other than that they may have too many applications, i don't see a reason for them to hold it, or did you move recently? you can go to a postal office and find out about it or you can go on line.
