How can i enter into a local motocross race?

  1. Just go to your local track and sign up for the "pro" class. I know that sounds wrong, but its not.

    They actually run the amateurs and beginners in the Pro class at local tracks.

    You'll do great!


  2. Not sure where you live but here in the US you don't need a license or school to enter most amatuer MX races. I took my son along at four and signed him right up. Roadracing however requires school for novices with the exception of WERA who now have smaller classes for 10 years old and up.

    Once you have found a local one look up their website or contact the race secretary and they will be able to give you the advice you need for where you are.

    Make sure you attend some practice days before attempting to race.

  4. look for the tracks website if they have a website if not call the track are go to them and thay will give you information on next meets

  5. For sure sign up sign the waiver, pay the entry and membership fees, ride practice then get in the gate. Good luck! be careful
