I have over 27gb being used for games i do not want and do not play. I'd like to free up the space for more music. I've been on to the on-line manual and cannot see anything that instructs me how to delete these games

  1. Ipods don't come with anything pre-installed they are slave devices to itunes on your computer!!

You use itunes for the ipod management.

you manage itunes then sync the ipod to it - then in the ipods tab you select what you want installed on it under each section.

NEVER drag and drop onto the ipod itself otherwise that just takes up disk space and does NOT make them playable by the ipod.

if you have used the ipod in the past as disk mode best to RESTORE it first from the ipods tab in itunes then sync it with what you want.

  2. im not even sure there is a way to do this.
