How can i escape from yahoogroup..?

Question

I had added my ID to be a member to a yahoogroup to get nice messages and pictures, but after some days i got messages and pictures more and more, and a lot of yahoo groups are sending me messages and pictures, even a lot of messages are not readable. They are use to send the same message x50 or more at a time. In a single day I do get more than 200 messages in my mailbox, it is too bothersome for me. I also can't change my ID due to so many reasons. Plz tell me.......

http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups  click Edit My Groups top left tab- on far right you can check the box and click save changes, it will remove your memebrship
