How can i evolve in pokemon mystery dungeon:?

even though i defeated darkrai, recruited cresselia, and fixed the fabric of space how can i evolve

( i didn't recruit dialga or palkia but i did recruit rayquazia)

Firstly you have to recruit Dialga and palkia.

Dialga- Talk to Lapras and he'll take you to the hidden land, fight Dialga and he joins you.

Palkia- Bottom of spacial rift.

After doing about 5 days of jobs from the bullatin boards Manaphy returns and tells you about a place called 'Marine Resort', get through that place and then you will be able to evolve.
