  1. Music is always a fantastic way to pick up on a language and it features, word order etc. I found it helps to read the lyrics when listening as well. All my german friends now say that my pronounciation is perfect, and this is all thanks to music.

    Some good bands include:

Wir sind Helden - really popular, good poppy songs

Die Aerzte - Been around a long time lol, kinda punk sound

    Revolverheld - Really rocking music

    Die toten Hosen

    Nena

    Tom Albrecht

    Xavier Naidoo

Tokio Hotel (they sing in both german and english)

Dschingis Khan (find a song called Moskau, its pretty bad but all the Germans I know know it, and love to drink to it :p)

Most of this music should be pretty easy to find, and the lyrics easy as well, simple google search will bring them up!

Also as movies go, I only know one, Run Lola Run, could be worth a look.

    All the best

  2. alluc.org

    kino.to

but i would recommend kino.to, it's way better...

  3. How about listening to some German music and studying the lyrics?

My current favorite German speaking band is Rosenstolz, listen to them on youtube:

Here are the lyrics to their songs:

Search for other German bands, like

    BAP

    Die Toten Hosen

    Udo Lindenberg

    Die Aerzte

    Nena
