  1. adobe premiere is what i've used. You're going to need a program.


  2. Use Windows Movie Maker (vista):

    1. Import your video file into Windows Movie Maker (File | Import Media Items)

    2. Click View | Timeline.

    3. Drag your video to the Audio/Music track of the Timeline.

    4. Save it on your computer: File | Publish Movie.  

  3. I believe you can use VCD Cutter!!!
