  1. 1 you must contact your embassy for this problem .

2 you can also extend visa by returning in your country .

it is necessory to extend visa any way . you cant stay in without visa and you may be deported .

  2. As long as you have updated, valid I-20 form with SEVIS, your I-94 is valid and you are in status. You don't have to get status extended or visa stamped unless you are planning to travel outside of US before your visa expiration.

  3. Is this phucked up sick b@stard a living proof some people are indeed animals???

  4. The period of time you are permitted to stay in the U.S. is controlled by your I-94, not your visa. You were admitted for duration of status so as long as you continue to be a full-time student at the last school you were authorized to attend, you are in status.

"Duration of status" is defined as:

The time during which you are pursuing a full course of study and making normal progress toward completing that program, plus

The time you may be working in authorized "practical training" after you complete studies (if you qualify and are so authorized), plus

60 days to depart the country.

You do not need to "extend your visa". You do not need to leave the U.S. before January 2009.
