How can i fall asleep fast?

its 1:35 and im getting up at 7 but i cant sleep how can i fall asleep fast, im a 14 year old boy

  1. Just lie down close your eyes and pretend you are dreaming. Another thing is to drink warm milk. Trust me I could write a book about all of the sleep remedies. There is another one that I am working on and I don't want anyone to steal my idea though.


  2. Avoid all drinks that contain too much sugar ,pop etc. try exercising walking sit ups etc. 2hrs. before bed. The old faithful & it works Warm glass of milk half hr. before bed. While in bed, try reading. Known to make you sleepy at bedtime. Of course nothing scary!!!Hope this helps you good luck!!!

  3. Don't look at the clock that makes it worse.  Lay in bed shut your eyes and thing about everything you did today, Another words don't think about not going to sleep.  Think about nice things.

  4. The one thing we can't do is fall asleep fast!  Your mind and body has to be totally relaxed to fall asleep.  If you lay very still on your back in a comfortable position, take a few slow, calming breaths..slowly breathe in the healing fresh air, then slowly slowly blow out the bad, old air.  Picture the bad thoughts and feelings coming out with the bad air and drifting up.  Do not think about anything else..just let your mind go blank.  If thoughts start to pass through, just let them go..let them drift up and be gone.  If you can get your mind all relaxed by doing this over and over, you should be falling asleep really soon.  Nite nite....ZZZZz   zzz  zz  z
