How can i fall asleep ?

i am tired.....and need to fall asleep alitlle help

  1. sit in the same position ((make it a comfortable one)) for a long time........dont move!! close your eyes... and think of the beach

  3. When milk is warmed it releases a chemical that helps you sleep.  I do not suggest using the microwave.  Also, maybe try some really rich aromatic spices to mix with it.  Works for me.  Maybe drink a rich non-caffeinated tea.  Or drink some boos.  Alcohol is a depressant.

  6. i always watch tv till i get bored. then the boredom takes over and i just fall asleep.

  7. dude this is going to sound wierd sometimes masturbation works, let's say you ignore that i got other alternatives:

    - i usually put the pillow up so my head is upright and i close my eyes this will put me in an uncomfortable position, i do purposely  and then after 5-10 mins i get into my comfortable position and usually i fall right asleep.

    - if you smoke have a cigarette  

  8. I use melatonin.  It is natural and you can buy it at pretty much any store that sells vitamins.  It helps you go to sleep and stay asleep, and you don't feel drowsy in the morning.

    Get a good book and read using a bedside lamp

    When you start to nod off, turn off the lamp and go to sleep

    If something is troubling you or you just have a lot on your mind, make a list of things to do and start by accomplishing what you can in a day.  Cross off what you've done and prioritize the list for what you can or will do the next day.  Give yourself a pat on the back for what you were able to cross off.  

    If you have a recurring long lasting issue with falling asleep, see a doctor.

  15. Just lay down and quite. Rest all your body and breath slowly. make sure you already take your meals and a plain of warm water. Think all the positive thought in your mind.

    Second, get into comfy clothes.

    Warm yourself a warm cup of milk.

    Take a warm bath/shower.

    Watch a nice movie or read a book to fall asleep.
