How can i figure out where and when to take a hunters safety course in Western Kentucky?

Go on to your game commission web site and see if you can find a link there. Many gun shops also display things like course dates and season openings for fish and game. The soonest you can find it is the best time to take it, especially in you have to (if you so desire) send in early for doe tags (I live in PA and it is pretty much too late to send in now, since most people send them in the first legal postage mark day). I'm assuming you're talking about deer, so forgive me if I'm mistaken. If you are looking at something like turkey, geese, and duck, you need another special tag for the turkey, and a Migratory Bird Permit for the geese and ducks (also most other game birds fall in here, including doves.) Check the game commission website, since I'm basing this on PA regualtions. Good Luck!
