  1. You need to be related, I think... like married or something.

  2. no, you cannot process anyone. they have to do it themselves. In some situations, a letter of sponsorship is helpful but not in his case. he needs to find out why he was rejected and work directly on these specific things.

  3. oh yes, if he has been rejected than i'm absolutely sure that they ll reject him even if you ll send him an invitation.

My  fiance  filed K-1 visa for me and it took about 6 months  me to came here . it's called K-1 fiance visa. if u need more information let me know.

  4. Why was it rejected?  Doesn't make much sense, unless it was rejected on the Jamaican side, and not the US.  US usually doesn't care as long as someone has a valid visa.  You may be able to have him apply for a work permit, but he better have a job to go to.  The other thing, if he was already denied, it will be very hard.  Get him into Canada instead.

  5. Visa's to the US are a funny thing......and no, YOU can't do it for him.

Even if his is rejected, theres NO WAY they will tell him why, there are so many processed, that to get answers as to specific reasons is impossible. Best thing he can do is show stability in JA....job, house, car, saving account, etc., so theres no fear he'll not return to JA. But I've known of less stable ppl getting one & more stable NOT getting one...and you can re-apply anytime you like but last I checked its j$6000 each time, so it gets pricey to apply alot.

If doing it the "legit" way doesn't work, you can pay about US$2000 and get the stamp from "other sourses " ( wink )....its legit stamp, but from workers that are on the take. Other than that, marry the guy & its a slam dunk, but I think the US has a 12 month hold on marriage visas to be sure its not just to get him to the US for money ( which is BIG business in 3rd world countries ).

  6. You need to ask why the visa was denied and then make a rational decision on your part. If a visa is denied it is almost impossible to reverse that decision
