There is a specific diet im looking for that was issued around summer last year. I dont know exactly how it goes but i know it included a hard boiled egg for either lunch or a snack a half a grapefruit for breakfast turkey lunch meat wrapped in romain lettuce leaves for lunch, thats all i really remember about it. I did so well on this diet loosing weight and now i want to try it again and i lost the diet.. DOes anyone know what this diet is or how to get ahold of it? Thanks so much
