How can i find a foster home in hawaii?

i want to help some foster children (girls) in hawaii but i dont know were a foster home are in hawaii, (i want to give them a chance to be in a pageant in hawaii our pageant is soft sweet and naturall and everyone is a winner) i want to give them to an oppritunity to be a princess for at least a day and its probably a good way to get them parents too. but if that does not work i want to give them toys , nice clothes , electronics, and books. the reason i want to do this is because 2 people i know was adopted and i know there stories of living in the foster homes, so plzz helpp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

talk with a member of Lions or Rotary in your community.  They may be able to help you...

why dont you help African Children instead ??? in kenya or Congo i think they could use your help there ... why HAWAII it sounds to me that you would like to go there and party all night long and the charity thing its just an excuse.
