How can i find a good job in UK?

As i will be flying to UK soon for a short term period and as i am keen to get a perrmanent job over there. Could anybody suggest me a way for the same within this period of my stay. I have 2 years of exp in Mainframes?

Please stay in your own country. We really have enough Asian people in the UK and do not need any others in an already overpopulated country. Why can't you make a living in your own country!
