How can i find a host family or boarding facility in ny?

Hey, I'm originally American/Middle Eastern. Born in Dallas and have been living in Europe for most of my life.

In the final years of high school I plan on moving to NY for high school. Already found the perfect school but I don't think they arrange host families. (I haven't tried yet to be honest...but I'm looking for a backup plan here.)

In case they don't, does anyone know a good website that can hook me up with a host family? Or a boarding facility that is seperate from a school, accepting students?

I'd appreciate it if you could give me any information.

Hi Tee, I am a coordinator for the Council for Educational Travel, USA. I help students find host families for one academic school year.

There are many other organizations in the U.S which place students with families.
