  1. Interenet seems like the best bet.

    Monster is ok ( http://www.monster.ca/ )

But there are tons of other sites. ( i.e http://www.careerbuilder.ca/ ) If you are in a specialty field, Try a site specializing in what you do.

  2. go to this link  http://jobbank.gc.ca/Search_en.aspx it's the Canadian government official site. Try this other link too. http://jobbank.gc.ca/Intro_en.aspx

  3. You could be wasting your time on the net, because there are highly qualified people who are jobless or underemployed in Canada despite all their best efforts to help themselves.

  4. The best site really is www.workopolis.com

You may be wasting your time, as:

    - The hit ratio is really low

    - Then you are called for an interview you won't be able to attend.

My suggestion is: don't answer every job posting that you qualify for, but found the one that you are absolutely positively best fitted for, and then do a killer response to that posting so that you leave your competitors in the dust.

That way, you will seem so superior to them, that they may overlook the fact that you are not here right now.
