How can i find a list of make-up that "don't contain animal ingredients" and not just "free from animal test"?

I doubt that the company that doesn't test their product on animal don't have any animal ingredients in their product as well? could anyone help me? thank u

They have a database of vegan cosmetics. Choose cosmetics from cruelty free companies by product type and every brand with a v does not use animal products or byproducts.

I'm guessing that in addition to no animal testing there are no animal ingredients in it, otherwise what's the use? Also search around the peta website more, they probably have more lists like that.
