How can i find a location by its telephone number?

first of all you should have some details about telephone number-like is it a BSNLor MTNL's telephone no.

-->if it is one then you can go to the respective websites by searching the site in google or any search engine.

-->But if it is not, it could be from TATA, RIL or Bharti(Airtel) etc then it is difficult to find the number and its location.
