The best way to find cheap cars beside ebay is buying it from your local city or state auctioning. Some time the cities have surpluses that they want to get rid of and it could be an abandon car. And many cities or states have used car auctions that you can bid and buy from. You can find information about that if you go to the city's website. for New York City its, www.NYC.GOV
