how can i find a partner to do business in china ?? i am a chinese , i speak english and chinese ， i want to do business in my country ,

and i want to find a partner who are native english speaker

Well this is a bit too broad.  My suggestion is going to china and finding someone who has the same interests as you do for what ever business you want, and start talking to him.  I am not sure why you want to go to china for this, but anyways thats what i suggest.  As i am sure you know, there are different variations of chinese, mandarin being most popular ( i think), so keep that in mind.  

Also, i dont suggest putting phone numbers/email addresses/personal info on a site like this.
