  1. subscribe to plotfinder.net  or buildstore, land in Cornwall (as everywhere) has gone up to crazy prices! We are still searching, 10 years now!.........only doing it once so got to be the right one! Keeping my fingers crossed that the one I've found doesn't sell before we get the finer details sorted (it's not in Cornwall btw!) Good luck, you could always print up some letters to put through the door if you spot a likely looking piece of land or very large garden, people don't always think about selling, when it's just there under their nose! Leave your details for local agents (what you want and budget) and auctioneers, most is sold by auction. and keep your eye on the local papers and don't be shy of asking in the local shop or pub if they know of any.

  2. Land agents or estate agents websites in your preferred location should help.

  3. with great difficulty, the only thing to do would be to find an old barn and renovate it but i thinkthose days have gone and they are all taken by builders believe it or not

  4. Let me know what sort of land, whereabouts, what kind of price range, and I will find some suitable plots for you.

I should add that I live in Truro, and have a couple of contacts who are interested in that line. I don't mind asking the question for you, and keeping an eye on the local press too.

    Hope that helps.

  5. Go into a local (Cornish) estate agents, council or to somebody else who has involvement with the land registry, and ask them what your chances are of being able to find undeveloped land that would have the possibility of planning permission.
