No you don't you need to learn that in life there are rules for all of us to follow.  You need to be doing your school work and stop trying to get around the system.  They will have it recorded and you can get into big trouble.

basicly, to get to those sites you need a proxy, something that will change ur ip. heres an example:

www.proxypimp.com  <<<< thats on the ''privax'' network. theres lots of them there.     hope that helped.
