Check out Savage Entertainment...that promoter has been having fights in WI lately (they are out of MN).  Your trainer should be able to hook you up, too.  In case you aren't training anywhere, I would suggest joining a gym where you can actually practice/train...also, they will have a lot of resources for getting fights. Midwest MMA's website has a forum and also a list of upcoming MMA fights.
